BLAZING COMBAT #2, published by James Warren in January 1966, is infamous for containing a story which would prove to be the most controversial in the entire series. This story, "Landscape," was set during the Vietnam War, which was still raging at the time the issue came out.

Getting back to "Landscape" -- the story, about an innocent old Vietnamese man who dies simply because he is in the wrong place at the wrong time, caused several important distributors to stop selling Blazing Combat in the United States, one reason the title only lasted only four issues.
