Meet METAMORPHO The Element Man, Fab Freak of 1000-and-1 Changes!
.Metamorpho debuted in The Brave & the Bold #57 (Dec. 1964, cover pictured in ad above and on left) in a story written by Bob Haney, penciled by Ramona Fradon and inked by Charles Paris.

ORIGIN STORY: Adventurer Rex Mason is exposed to the Orb of Ra! He is transformed into a fab freak with the ability to transform himself into any element found within the human body! As Element Man, Mason sometime works for Simon Stagg, while romancing his daughter, Sapphire, and avoiding his henchman, Java.

After Metamorpho #4, Ramona Fradon was replaced by Joe Orlando for a few issues, followed by Sal Trapani, then Fradon returned for a revival attempt. Reader, want to see a Metamorpho cover and pin-up gallery? Keep reading!
After being introduced in Brave & Bold, Metamorpho got his very own title!
