The SCPA, or Space Canine Patrol Agents, made their first two appearances in Superboy #131 (July 1966) "The Dog from S.C.P.A.," and Superboy #132 (Sep 1966) "Krypto's Cat-Crook Caper!" Like the Legion of Super Heroes, the legion of super dogs also included a Kryptonian in its ranks -- Krypto the Super Dog! How did Krypto join the SCPA? What kind of doggone fun did he have with them? Let's find out! (Story by Otto Binder, art by George Papp.)
