Today on DIAL B for BLOG, we proudly present the first ever appearance of ANI-MOTION! The animated "Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure," produced by Filmation, ran from 1967-1968. The 60-minute show headlined Superman and Aquaman, and had episodes of Superboy alternating with episodes featuring members of the JLA and Teen Titans. The Justice League starred in a seven minute animated classic (originally aired Sept. 9, 1967) written by George Kashdan. It's titled "Between Two Armies," and here it is, for the first time ever in ANI-MOTION! |

| As the alien "Rock Men" speed towards Earth, their enemies, the "Crystal Men," follow! |

| Leader of the Crystal Men: "We must stop the Rock Men from destroying us -- and Earth!" |

| Leader of the Rock Men: "We will destroy the planet of the Crystal Men!" |

| The JLA discovers the alien menace, and GL, Superman and Hawkman fly into action! |

| The Atom sneaks aboard, and sabotages the alien's deadly machine! |

| Hawkman flies down to the ship, and blasts his way inside! |

| "The Rock Men are about to destroy our planet, and Earth! You must stop them!" |

| Superman tunnels through the Earth to get to the Rock Men's underground lair! |

| Then, Green Lantern destroys the Rock Men's power source with a big green mallet! |

| Meanwhile, Hawkman blocks the alien's signal, saving the home planet of the Crystal Men! |

| In the end, the Crystal People and Rock People make friends! |

| Hawkman, GL, Flash, Atom and Supes wave goodbye to the two alien armies! |
